ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Planificar, coordinar y supervisar proyectos de facilities, incluyendo mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, remodelaciones y mejoras en infraestructura.
- Colaborar con proveedores y contratistas para garantizar la calidad y puntualidad en la ejecución de proyectos.
- Monitorear presupuestos, gestionar recursos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los cronogramas establecidos.
- Supervisar las inspecciones de las instalaciones para garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares de seguridad.
- Documentar y reportar el progreso de los proyectos, identificando y solucionando posibles riesgos.
- Implementar procesos de mejora continua en las operaciones de facilities.
- Gestionar solicitudes de los clientes internos relacionadas con el uso y mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Experiencia de 1-2 años en coordinación de proyectos relacionados con facilities o mantenimiento de infraestructura.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Conocimientos en normativas de construcción, seguridad industrial y gestión ambiental.
- Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Excelentes habilidades de organización, liderazgo y comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable).
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
