ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of Finance - Function Management.

Reports to: Area Revenue Growth Mgr

Reporting Level: Senior Level

Geographic Scope: Mexico

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Preparing various analytical and management reporting for business in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide insights, and explain the story behind the numbers
• Preparation of regular forecast & annual budget, planning and analysis
• Assist with commercial aspects of the business such as pricing, market and competitor analysis
• Support ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned, including new business opportunities or initiatives
• The role will require an individual who constantly strives to contribute as a partner to the business and looks for continuous improvement
• Developing robust arguments which support key investment decisions across commercial areas
• Delivering monthly financial forecasting including variance analysis which identify key drivers of financial performance and areas of opportunities
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement across key financial processes

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related field
• Final year students (expected graduation date on mid 2024) or fresh graduates (graduation from December 2021 to January 2024)
• No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships will be considered)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Excellent MS excel skills 
• Global mobility

BENEFICIAL

• 1 year of experience in Finance
• Experience with SAP and/ or Power BI
• High academic performance, extracurricular activities and international experience
