A Project Coordinator supports project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. They help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Organize project meetings and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate resources and manage communication between teams.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
What are we looking for?
- Desirable intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) in English.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or a related field.
- Relevant experience in project coordination or administration.
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus
