BAT IS LOOKING FOR AGROWTH MANAGMENT EXECUTIVE

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and updating product specifications, ensuring that each component used in cigarette production is within the specifications defined by the Product Team, guaranteeing the integrity of the products in process to consistently satisfy consumer needs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Keep product specifications updated, in each of the platforms (PLM, Gmes, SAP, BM Database)
- Monitoring the status of new brands in meetings coordinated with the NPI team.
- Guide and Support operational performance with a focus on "0" losses, leading meetings for the correct implementation of changes and consumption of Materials (BOM)
- SKU obsolescence tracking with the Master Data team
- Implementation of best practices in processes that can generate ideas for reducing costs and waste.
- Modify process parameters and cigarettes that do not meet the initially defined specifications, with prior approval from the Product team.

Experience Required
- General knowledge regarding productive process, manufacturing, and data analysis.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Engineer or intern in a university degree in careers related to industrial engineering.
- Knowledge of the English language.
