ABOUT THE ROLE

As Trade Deployment Executive you will be involved in various activities, supporting the growth of our brands through step-changing activation and be part of a transformational journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deploy brand and trade campaigns according to cycle plan and track KPIs.
  • Plan and manage channel’s budgets and resources to achieve KPIs, ensuring optimal budget allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Report on activation budget aligned with current planning and reporting structure.
  • Responsible for tracking and sharing insights of your respective channel with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationship with cross-functional teams, agencies and others relevant partners.
  • Project manage new initiatives intended to build awareness of our products.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the NO sales cycle plan activities in line with strategy, and track results.
  • Contribute to identification and execution of new opportunities to enable growth.

YOUR PROFILE:

As the ideal candidate you are structured, pro-active, creative, and dynamic, and you are good at setting clear direction and move fast to deliver business results. You possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently as well as being a team-player.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing related functions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a “will-do” attitude to drive own projects and take full responsibility of own tasks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are bold, curious, and resilient.
  • You learn quickly and share learnings.
  • You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivering results.
  • You are responsible and think long-term.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and good command of Norwegian.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • Experience working with merchandising, retail or related fields is a plus


The position is based in our Oslo office located in Dronning Eufemias gate in the Barcode area close to public transport and with parking.
