REPORTS TO: Area Production Manager
FUNCTION: Production
LOCATION: Pécs
We are currently looking to cover the role of Line Lead to coordinate a team of 60 people on 3-4 lines, owning the cell objectives regarding production plan, quality cost, safety. Also, he is in charge with building capability via integrated work system. You will contribute to the development of daily routines standards (DMS) through IWS methodology in a continuously changing production culture of a factory.
We would much appreciate experience in production and an excellent people management skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Previous experience in a technical role with the capacity to deliver information clearly and concisely.
- High interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate actions effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive and diligent with a strong attention to accuracy and detail in both technical and leadership roles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, combined with patience and a collaborative approach to team coordination.
Functional Knowledge & Skills
- Higher education, preferably in engineering or management, with strong functional knowledge.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure with a proactive, diligent, and detail-oriented approach.
- Skilled in coordinating actions and delivering information clearly and accurately.
