British American TobaccoRomaniahas an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Administrator in Ploiesti.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creates/maintains specific Master Data information in the ECC/NEO Portal for the new codes (finished and semifinished product, wrapping materials, leaf, casing & flavours).
  • Realize and maintain the finish and semi finish goods recipes in ECC/NEO Portal, based on the info received from: PCE, NPI, Blending (Recipe Transformation, Lot Succession List);
  • Build pallet scheme specification for the new products.
  • Responsible for data maintenance in the local db. Manufacturing Site.
  • Has the responsibility to define and introduce in MCG and MES system the new finish good codes that have co-identity requirements.
  • Accountable for informing relevant partners about the creation of the layout in MCG.

What are we looking for?

  • High school graduate
  • Experience with ERP (“Material management” / “Production planning” / “Specifications and Bill of materials”
  • Medium level of English knowledge.
