BAT PAPUA NEW GUINEA IS LOOKING FOR A REGIONAL COORDINATOR
SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management
FUNCTION: Marketing
LOCATION: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea
ROLE TYPE: Permanent
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports To: Regional Manager Papua
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: APMEA
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Responsible for the successful admin processed at the national and regional level for the team of Field Trade.
- The delivery of NFM (National Field Manager) and RM (Regional Manager) required admins tasks in time
- Coordinate all the field required supports and plan
- Manage financial report are delivered in time when requested
- Continuously review and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Guide TMR (Trade Marketing Representative) to follow all the required process
- To proactively seek opportunities for growth and self-development
QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Graduates from Diploma/Tertiary Marketing or Business Qualification related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant
- Prior Experience in Procurement or Finance would be a plus
- Experience in FMCG would be additional advantage
- Results driven and good analytical skills
- Developing and maintaining relationships with retailers, external suppliers and commercial partners
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Portrait continuous learning and improvement mindset
- Able to implement personal and team learning and development plans
- Experience in commercial, business acumen, planning capability and risk management
- Effective communication skills, good self-awareness and insight
- Ability to successfully facilitate a coaching culture and developing strong relationships
- Commitment to personal and team development
