BAT PAPUA NEW GUINEA IS LOOKING FOR A REGIONAL COORDINATOR

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

ROLE TYPE: Permanent

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports To: Regional Manager Papua

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: APMEA

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Responsible for the successful admin processed at the national and regional level for the team of Field Trade.
• The delivery of NFM (National Field Manager) and RM (Regional Manager) required admins tasks in time
• Coordinate all the field required supports and plan
• Manage financial report are delivered in time when requested
• Continuously review and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Guide TMR (Trade Marketing Representative) to follow all the required process
• To proactively seek opportunities for growth and self-development

QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Graduates from Diploma/Tertiary Marketing or Business Qualification related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant
• Prior Experience in Procurement or Finance would be a plus
• Experience in FMCG would be additional advantage
• Results driven and good analytical skills
• Developing and maintaining relationships with retailers, external suppliers and commercial partners
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Portrait continuous learning and improvement mindset
• Able to implement personal and team learning and development plans
• Experience in commercial, business acumen, planning capability and risk management
• Effective communication skills, good self-awareness and insight
• Ability to successfully facilitate a coaching culture and developing strong relationships
• Commitment to personal and team development
