Media Intern

As an intern in our team, you will get the chance to support the new categories awareness and consideration amplifying also the activations’ visibility with a structured media mix strategy. You will be fully involved in the analytical process, monitoring all relevant key performance indicators and identifying new solutions and tools to improve overall media performance. Media agency management will be also a core task. You will also collaborate with other department both at Italy and SEE level.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyze weekly/monthly media reports and get relevant insights
• Participate in digital weekly alignment with media agencies to analyze digital advertising performances
• Contribute to develop the right media mix according to new categories needs  and guarantee fully alignment with SEE website/ecommerce teams
• Suggest solutions to optimize media mix and related performance  and proactively suggest new media (on/offline) trend and tools
• Collaborate with brand team to optimize campaign creativities according to different media technical features and understand competitors scenario and related media strategy

What are we looking for?

• Current enrolment or degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management or other related fields of study
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, in particular of Excel & PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment having a flexible approach and capacity to multitask
• Analytical skills and out of the box approach, proactive nature and ability to learn fast
