British American Tobacco Bosnia & Herzegovina has an exciting opportunity for a 121 Sales Team Leader in Sarajevo.
121 Sales Team Leader will be responsible for development and implementation of the “Go to Market” in line with company objectives. The role will lead a team of sellers to cover the Bosnia & Herzegovina country and with sales and marketing targets across categories.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build and lead effectively the sellers’ team, considering: the recruitment process, onboarding, managing performance, managing turnovers, develop and coaching the team, payroll and bonus scheme.
- Developing and implementing routing plans by: defining the tight frequency, ensuring efficient deployment of resources across the channels and address analysis for routes, identifying areas for improvement and continuously refining strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Providing guidance and support to sellers in navigating consumer preferences and market dynamics is crucial. This involves equipping them with the necessary resources, training, and insights to effectively engage with consumers.
- Coordinating marketing researches when necessary through sellers
What are we looking for?
- UniversityDegree, preferably in Marketing
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Field
- Flexibility and motivation to thrive in a dynamic market environment
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Excellent presentation skills
