BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO KOSOVO IS LOOKING FOR AN HORECA MANAGER

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Join our team now as HoReCa Manager in our office in Pristina!

As a HoReCa Manager you will develop and implement HoReCa Trade Marketing plan for Normal, High and Superior Quality HoReCa outlets, in line with HoReCa Strategy, to achieve target distribution level for our key brands and appropriate Point of Purchase communication through the most effective and efficient utilization of budgets and personnel in the area.

Reports to: Regional Manager Trade

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Run the identification, classification of all HoReCa outlets in the country; existing, newly opened, refurbished etc. to ensure coverage of all outlets within the country.
  • Develop and implement a HoReCa Channel Marketing Plan in line with the HoReCa and Brand Strategy.
  • Develop strategy and implement plans which reflect changes in regulatory environment and ensure maintained leadership presence of brands.
  • Lead the identification and recommendation of targeted HoReCa outlets for Point Of Purchase communications such as Point Of Purchase Materials, marketing programmes and events.
  • Create and lead all aspects of full year plan regarding events, festivals, and other entertainment activities.
  • Build and maintain excellent relations with HoReCa owner/responsible in the territory.
  • Keep up to date with new trendsetting developments within the HoReCa channel by visiting the HoReCa outlets during opening peak times.
  • Be responsible for all assigned, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to improve the use of organization assets.
  • Negotiate the optimum terms and conditions with outlets in respect of price, range, distribution, investment focus, prime timings for activities

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree
  • Approximately 2 years experience at territory representative level in a FMCG company
  • Experience in HoReCa channel management, negotiation and promotions
  • Communication and presentation & selling skills
  • Team Management skills and experience.
  • Computer skills
  • Dynamic, open-minded, ready to self-develop person.
  • English, advanced level.
