Hybrid model of working: 3 days per week in the office.

We are seeking a senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your expertise in data and analytics will empower stakeholders to drive value through effective decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Business Consulting: Engage deeply with business partners to understand their needs and identify what drives value for them.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and process datasets from various sources. Analyze datasets to identify insights and provide data-driven recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Advocating Data Technology: Serve as a data technology evangelist, guiding and mentoring teams on experimenting with new technologies and applying them to solve business challenges.
  • Innovative Solutions: Focus on improving inefficient processes and addressing business challenges using modern data stacks.
  • Coordination: Coordinate efforts across local and global teams and vendors. Develop realistic deployment plans, oversee execution, and ensure compliance with BAT and international security standards and regulations.

What are we looking for?

  • Data Enthusiast: Passion for modern data and analytics solutions, backed by hands-on experience (min. 5 years) in data engineering, warehousing, and data science (AI/ML). Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential. Experience in data warehouse (Fabric) development / administration is a plus.
  • Challenger Attitude: Adopt change and challenge the status quo.
  • Pragmatic Approach: Willingness to get involved at every stage of the data lifecycle, even if it means rolling up your sleeves.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in English.
