WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Adhere to the principles of adult learning and training best practices.
  • Develop content and settle appropriate training method, (ILT, CBT, or Blended), and create or source for design, development, and delivery.
  • Create and execute plans for training initiatives; lead initiatives utilizing project management best practices.
  • Provide training management input related to student/ instructor progress, budget development and status of dollars spent.
  • Liaison with business managers to assess performance gaps and training needs; develop a training calendar in response.
  • Handle technical assignments, projects, and training programs in specialized areas to ensure the business needs are met, technical competence is achieved, and results are communicated.
  • Provide competent training consultation services and maintain expert knowledge of assigned specialty areas.
  • Deliver technical instruction, administer tests, and interface with the LMS.
  • Train and coach students and instructors and hold them accountable.
  • Evaluate course effectiveness, student/ instructor performance and provide feedback.
  • Skill gap analysis and testing validation analysis
  • Run compliance related vendor training processes.
  • Supervise, lead, or coordinate the work of others.
  • Be aware of the Company environmental, health & safety policies and comply with the objectives as it relates to the role.
  • Follow all Company Safety Rules
  • Know the potential health& safety risks and environmental impacts of work activities and understand role in mitigating these impacts.
  • Understand responsibilities for compliance with regulatory requirements and Company Standards.
  • Complete EHS- required training and follow operational procedures.
  • Immediately report all injuries and illnesses
  • Participate in EHS programs as required by assigned site/role (e.g., PULSAR safety observation program, safety triggers)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or any related field (With 2 years manufacturing experience) OR A.A.S. Degree in Engineering Technology or any related field (with 5 years manufacturing experience).
  • Two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to perform as a technical writer.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop proficiencies in new technologies.
  • Knowledge of the Operator, Mechanical, Electronic, and Process Control position training requirements from Primary Processing to Shipping.
  • Project management.
  • LMS Administration.
  • Development and delivery of formalized training programs.
  • Expert knowledge of office technologies, including Microsoft Office Professional Suite.
  • Full understanding of compliance related training requirements
