ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Senior Manager DBS – EUS & JML

Core Relationships:

  • Business Controls & Processes group
  • Internal Audit group
  • FDA Validation group
  • Various Digital Business Solutions teams and departments as needed
  • Global Services Teams

Geographic Scope: Local

Travel Required: Less than 10%.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Responsible for IT Logical Security processes for Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML), SSO solutions, and SOX Processes related to JML.
  • Responsible for IT Service Management areas of Incident and Problem Management and Service Desk processes related to JML.
  • Manage vendor performance for effective working partnership that delivers the contracted services within budget and service level agreements.
  • Serve as project resource for JML initiatives ensuring delivery of business case objectives.
  • Demonstrate IT Project Management discipline, delivering business benefits on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, exploring alternative solutions and technical feasibility, and managing risk conforming to RAI enterprise risk management guidelines.
  • Develop and deliver targeted communications that meet project, stakeholder and end user needs.
  • Leverage internal and external networks of peers and cross-functional relationships to influence and manage change.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of two to four years of IT experience preferred
  • Demonstrated Logical Security expertise delivering business benefits
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, SSO, Application and Logical Security
  • Knowledge of ITSM principles, ServiceNow and ITIL basics
  • Awareness of established technologies
  • Possess sound prioritization skills to manage multiple initiatives
  • Ability to share established standards to influence clients, vendors, and co-workers

BENEFICIAL

  • Deep understanding and knowledge of logical security application development and maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory to manage user logical security access.
  • Functional work experience within an IT Services organization
  • Awareness of Agile Project Management principles
  • Vendor Management experience

  • Company vehicle for eligible employees
