Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the operation and maintenance of factory facilities, buildings, infrastructure, and utilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for facility assets and services.
• Manage contractor and vendor activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements.
• Monitor facility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintenance costs, and service delivery performance.
• Support utility operations including Water Systems, Compressed Air Systems, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, Drainage Systems, Electrical Distribution Systems, and Fire Protection Systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental requirements, and company facility management standards.
• Coordinate workplace improvement projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure modifications.
• Maintain engineering documentation, facility drawings, maintenance records, compliance registers, and service contracts.
• Support budget management, purchase requisitions, contractor invoices, and payment certification processes.
• Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, reliability enhancement, and cost optimization.
• Support emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, and incident management activities.
• Drive sustainability initiatives focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and resource optimization.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
•  2 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Utilities Operations, Building Services, Engineering Maintenance, or Manufacturing Operations.
•  Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or factory environment.
•  Knowledge of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical Distribution, Water Treatment, Fire Protection, and Compressed Air Systems.
•  Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
•  Familiarity with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) standards and Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes.
•  Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
•  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•  Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), Industrial and Financial Systems (IFS), or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will be an advantage.
•  Exposure to Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs is preferred.
