We’re looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious and dynamic Marketing Deployment team in Malmö.
Our Marketing Deployment team is the bridge between brand strategy and our consumers, transforming creative assets into live, personalized experiences across various channels, online and offline. As part of the team, you will lead activation projects, with a strong focus on B2B retailer communications and events, working closely with cross-functional teams and partner agencies to deliver high-quality execution.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own selected channel marketing deployment plans and activation touchpoints, aligned with brand plans and cycle objectives.
- Lead the development, deployment and optimization of retailer-facing communications across physical and digital B2B touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience.
- Plan and execute trade fairs and retailer events, including content, logistics, stakeholder management and post-event evaluation.
- Brief, manage and challenge creative, production and deployment agencies to ensure timely, high-quality and cost-efficient execution.
- Manage budgets, spend tracking and financial processes within the area of responsibility.
- Track performance and report results and insights into marketing drumbeats and post-implementation reviews.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing activation, deployment, trade marketing or a similar role. FMCG experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer and customer journeys, and activation channels and touchpoints.
- Experience briefing, managing and challenging agencies (creative, media, production, deployment).
- Experience working with digital marketing and marketing automation platforms is an advantage
- Strong project management, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong communicator able to engage with different layers of organization and retail partners.
- Resilience and adaptability, with an ability to work in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
- Fluent in English and Swedish
