We believe our customers are our most important brand towards consumers, and we need to nurture this relationship by dedicating the right tools, infrastructure and resources. As Activation Development Executive, you will be responsible for running our Retail and Entertainment engagement platforms, online and offline, aiming to enhance customer knowledge of our products and love for our brands while elevating our business KPIs through our comprehensive Customer Loyalty Program.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Loyalty Program Management: Guaranteeing the attractiveness of the program, by on-going revisiting the loyalty rules, rewarding catalogue and online activities engagement rates while delivering the right connect to business objectives.
- Support Team alignment: Effectively collaborate with Customer Loyalty Program support team in Pakistan, making sure there is clarity on the priorities and the operation of the loyalty online platform runs smoothly.
- Internal Stakeholder Relationship: Being the voice of customer engagement needs, and creatively navigate potential internal restrictions, being legal, tax or account contract relationship related.
- Entertainment Staff Engagement: Adapt the Loyalty Program to Entertainment staff needs by ensuring a fitforpurpose platform and engagement plan, online and offline, supported by clear communication and effective customer education to drive adoption and performance.
What are we looking for?
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Ideally you have experience with at least one or two of the three fields: Activation, Sales or Loyalty as well as experience with project management.
- A strong communicator able to engage with different layers of organization and retail/ entertainment channel staff
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creative, innovative and solution-driven mindset
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen i.e. measuring KPIs and budget management
- Fluent in English and Danish
