As Commercial Finance Manager – Revenue, you will play a critical role in shaping and overseeing pricing and revenue management strategies across Western Europe.
You will act as a trusted business partner to commercial and finance leaders, providing strategic financial insight, challenging decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth and profitability across multiple markets and product categories.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence regional strategy, drive commercial performance, and contribute to BAT’s transformation journey within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and challenging pricing and excise strategies across Western Europe markets
- Driving sustainable pricing strategies across traditional and new category portfolios
- Providing commercial and financial insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making
- Partnering with regional and end market stakeholders to ensure alignment with Area commercial and financial objectives
- Overseeing pricing governance and supporting compliance with global guidelines and frameworks
- Leading competitor analysis activities and monitoring market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
- Supporting the tracking and analysis of commercial and financial KPIs to drive performance improvement
- Contributing to a high-performance team culture through collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, or Consulting, ideally within an FMCG environment
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of FMCG market dynamics
- Experience supporting pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy activities
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and introduce new ideas
It would be a plus if you also have:
- Professional finance qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Experience in financial planning, pricing governance, or commercial performance analysis
- Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation
