British American Tobacco Sweden has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Deployment Manager in Malmö
In this role, you will translate brand plans into effective marketing activations across your assigned channels in Sweden. You will identify and deliver the right initiatives to attract, convert and retain consumers, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand experiences across all touchpoints. You will manage campaigns from planning to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable results and contribute to brand growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build and own marketing deployment plans across digital and offline channels, aligned with brand and commercial objectives
- Define channel priorities, key performance indicators and activation plans to drive acquisition, conversion and retention
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across all touchpoints
- Brief, manage and challenge creative, media and production agencies to deliver impactful and cost-effective activations
- Own channel budgets, including forecasting, spend tracking and financial control
- Drive performance across digital ecosystems such as paid media, social media, influencer marketing and e-commerce platforms
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, consistent and efficient execution
- Capture insights and apply campaign learnings to improve future activations and strengthen brand growth
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in marketing deployment, activation, digital marketing, trade marketing or a similar role
- Proven experience operating in a multi-brand and/or multi-category environment; FMCG experience preferred
- Hands-on experience deploying marketing plans across digital and physical consumer touchpoints
- Strong understanding of consumer needs, behaviours and journeys, and of activation channels and touchpoints
- Proven team management experience, cross-functional leadership and ability to influence wider organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in parallel in a fast-moving environment
- Experience briefing, managing and challenging creative, media and production agencies
- Full professional proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage
- Beneficial: hands-on experience with paid media, social media, influencer marketing, eCRM and e-commerce platforms
Experience working with media, digital and e-commerce agencies, including briefing, performance follow-up and optimisation
