Our HR Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional Commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Human Resources departments work together to achieve outstanding business results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) function, acting as the main HR point of contact for the trade marketing team
- Spend 30-40% of the time in the field, observing operations and applying coaching & feedback methodologies
- Manage core HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and performance management.
- Drive Talent Management & Development (TMD) initiatives and analyze HR KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and support HR strategies while being open to national and international travel, including stays of up to 1–3 weeks.
- End Market implementation of the Global Learning & Development agenda:
- Develops, delivers and facilitates innovative local learning interventions that respond to local business demands.
- Evaluates all learning and development activities. Such evaluation should seek to cover Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Candidates with at least 6 months and up to 18 months of professional experience.
- Recent graduates (graduation from June 2024 to June 2025).
- Fluent in English (advanced level)
- Advance levels in MS Office Programs.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is desirable
- Must be open to national and international mobility
- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background are desirable
- A valid driver’s license is required
