REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinatorin Winston-Salem, NC (Tobaccoville).

The Administrative Coordinator will represent the Company in a positive, friendly, and professional manner to both internal and external contacts; receive and direct visitors in a professional manner. Independently perform confidential office/administrative duties with speed, accuracy, and a positive cheerful attitude; build and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality when dealing with proprietary information and collaborate with other executive assistants to identify "best practices" and a consistent approach to cross department functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide calendar management for the coordination of meetings for Manufacturing Leadership Team.
  • Maintain executive office files and records; interpret and explain departmental procedures and executives' requests in response to requests or refer inquiries, as appropriate. Copy/distribute documents as needed; open and process overnight deliveries.
  • Make travel arrangements (domestic & international) within company policy for assigned leaders and support for visitors, as needed. Includes: booking air, car and hotel; reserving offices/meeting rooms; generating itinerary with all contact numbers and information and attaches vital documentation needed for trip; updates calendar with all information.
  • Create, update, and submit expense reports in a timely manner, for assigned leaders.
  • Prepare and edit presentations in PowerPoint and facilitates the sharing of presentations during meetings, as requested.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with equivalent experience as executive administrative assistant.
  • Proven experience of at 2-3 years in administrative matters.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task assignments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when workloads and deadlines require.
  • Proven understanding of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
