Financial Analyst - Treasury

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Vendor banking account validation process
• Daily operations and processes in the Treasury department.
• Vendor Master update reviews and approvals
• Daily ACH Balancing and Fraud Filter reviews
• Void and Reissue Checks for Customer Refunds
• AMEX and Concur research as needed
• SOX Testing
• Review and process daily mail received
• Process and Log manual checks delivered to the office
• Assist/Back up Senior Treasury Analyst as needed
• Compliance support (FDA, State and Federal)

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

This US based role requires knowledge of the US regulatory (1099, Escheat, Banking, etc.) environment, operations, and procedures (LFR). Will have the primary responsibility for all vendor banking account updates.  Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor master date updates, receipt and processing of daily mail, return checks, check issuance and is the primary backup for the US based Senior Treasury Analyst.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Two - four years’ accounting, finance, or treasury operations experience
• Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Understanding of internal controls
• Effective communication skills
• Time management skills
