REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Customer Assortment – Space Planningin Winston-Salem, NC
The Manager of Customer Assortment – Space Planning provides support for the Strategic Accounts group and plays a key role in merchandising planning and execution, working directly with our Strategic Accounts. This includes planogram maintenance and optimization using Space Planning software and developing strategic relationships with key account stakeholders to further support our commercial objectives.
This role provides opportunity to strengthen Strategic Account partnerships, support executional excellence and help transform the way that we activate our brands and introduce specialized plans and strategies in key markets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizes Space Planning software to support the development, creation, and maintenance of planogram for strategic account customers.
- Collaborates within a team environment to execute planogram updates for NPIs, merchandising initiatives and general market responsiveness.
- Manages master data in Space Planning Product Libraries, including product names, descriptions, UPCs, physical sizes, supplier UINs, etc.
- Manages Space Planning Performance Libraries using Excel and provides MicroStrategy data-based assortment recommendations.
- Manages PDF planogram files customized to account requirements, manages SharePoint files, and supports outlet planogram mapping for timely and accurate visibility for FTM.
- Potential to attend meetings at Account HQ and fosters relationships with account personnel.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 – 3 years of Experience with Blue Yonder Space Planning or similar software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (V-Lookup, etc.). MicroStrategy experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting project requirements and deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly collaborative skill set to engage with field trade marketing (TM – AEs / SDRs).
- Proficient in quickly identifying and addressing obstacles to keep project timelines on track.
- Possesses strong business acumen and project management skills.
- Dynamic communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict with mutually beneficial results.
