BAT Nordics is looking for a Junior Brand Executive to join our Commercial Brand Oral team. We are transforming our business, and looking for candidate to support with commercial optimization, tracking performance and ensuring deployment plans are rolled out across the Nordics.
In the Commercial Brand Oral team, your role will be to support overseeing the Modern Oral Category in the Nordics, which primarily focus on nicotine pouches. You will do so by supporting portfolio optimization with the Pipeline team to maximize commercial opportunities, oversee strategic activities, drive new launches with the Product & Key Account team, and collaborate with the Campaign team on local campaigns and LEPs. In other words, you should be a strong project manager who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and cross-functional collaborations.
You will be joining a diverse team who values team-work, empowerment, and, of course, having fun!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting development of commercial go-to market strategies across the Nordics for our brands such as VELO, LYFT & Lundgrens
- Supporting portfolio optimization plans by tracking performance for BAT and competition, identifying market gaps and new opportunities
- Briefing research agencies to capture brand and product learnings
- Driving local creative campaign development for our Modern Oral brands
- Building and presenting business cases together with the Planning & Key Account teams
- Supporting deployment of new launches with the Product Team
- Monitoring and reporting budget in collaboration with your manager & Finance team
- Travelling 1-3 times a year (within the EU) to present new market & launch strategies to the Sales Force & Deployment teams
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
