British American Tobacco Polandhas an exciting opportunity for a Digital Specialist in Warsaw.
The Digital Specialist will support digital team in delivering premium experience for BAT consumers in social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), building brand equity of glo™ and engaging audiences through online activations. On top of that, Digital Specialist will also oversee and manage the PR events calendar in terms of product availability and display, brand ambassador’s look and speech and media coverage from the events for digital purposes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and delivering digital campaigns as planned in the activation calendar for glo™ in social media and during PR events.
- Cooperating with external brands/creators as well as PR media in order to amplify and maximize our brands’ reach via external accounts in social media and PR publishers.
- Coordinating PR brand ambassadors and PR calendar for PR events (work schedule, look, speech, etc.)
- Managing day-to day operations on social media – content planning, preparation and optimization, KPI tracking.
- Monitoring social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages.
- Researching trends and best practices in social media marketing and implementing them in line with brand guidelines and legal restrictions.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with campaign team, legal, CORA, category, CRM and others to ensure strategic alignment and maximize value of collaboration.
- Managing cooperation with external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of planned developments and ideas.
- Providing briefs to agencies for content creation, photoshoots, videos to be utilized across digital touchpoints.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in digital marketing, sales (online or offline), or marketing.
- Creative and out-of-the box thinker, interest in social media trends is a must
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- English and Polish proficiency at a minimum fluent level.
