British American Tobacco Serbia has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Activation Executive in Belgrade.

Campaign Activation Executive will be involved  in the development, implementation and monitoring of brand and activation plans. He/She will be in charge of analyzing and evaluating all relevant activities for a given brand, as well as providing recommendations on production and strategic activities/materials (launch, communication, sales, channels and key customers).

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Developing, leading and executing products and packaging projects in collaboration with the global team and developing marketing campaigns and sales activities in cooperation with dedicated agency
  • Ensuring that all brand cycle activities and activation plans are implemented properly by time, budget, and objectives
  • Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints and provide support in development of activation strategies and plans through all channels
  • Providing detailed, concrete, and structured summary for the entire marketing mix of each campaign and work on a digital communication platform in the given territory
  • Ensuring that brand development plans are aligned with the strategic imperatives defined by the global team
  • Identifying areas for sales improvement opportunities: exploring innovation and the impact of new tools in given field
  • Managing brand implementation goals and guidelines and controlling the budget and budgeting activities
  • Ensuring the achievement of key success indicators, set by the line manager

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Education: University degree, preferably in marketing
  • At least three years of working experience in the field of marketing
  • Proven presentation and communication skills
  • Innovative, creative and proactive approach with the ability to effectively introduce changes and launch new initiatives
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office – especially Power Point and Excel)
  • Proficiency in English
