Responsible for analyzing and developing tools to improve processes

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop tools in Excel (Visual Basic for applications) for improving processes
• Develop tools in PowerBI for improving processes
• Analyze processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all Global Collection policies and procedures with emphasis to address any local specifics and requirements as needed.
• Proactive Customer relationship building continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.

What are we looking for?

• Advanced Excel Knowledge (required)
• MS Visual Basic for application Knowledge (required)
• Intermediate/advanced English level (required)
• 1-2 years OTC experience (cash operations, credit knowledge can be an asset. desirable).
• Business Administration or Accounting Degree (desirable)
