OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITIES v DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES

  • Key focus within the change lifecycle of implementation of changes including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, addressing the appropriate governance body for approvals, transition and supporting the change post implementation
  • Responsible for ensuring that changes adhere to the established processes, governance, and criteria.
  • Responsible for quality assurance aligning with audits and SOX controls
  • Assisting with the smooth implementation of change, release, and deployment processes, as well as service transition and service operations.
  • Support and chip in to CSIP growing quality/standards and driving towards lean organization
  • Managing a team of internal and outsource resources. Provide mentorship and mentor to the team
  • Handle critical issues within the area

Essential experience

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in SAP ECC within project implementation and/or support organization
  • Primary abilities in the following SAP ECC6 modules:
  • CO, including Product Costing/Material Ledger and overall integration of SAP ECC Finance/Controlling to S/4 HANA Central Finance
  • Integration between Controlling and other modules, i.e. SD, MM, FI
  • General appreciation of SAP technical and ABAP
  • Have working experience in areas of business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, designing solution, implementing feasible solution, conducting tests (FUT, SIT, UAT, RT), data conversion and supporting the solution
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to efficiently connect with customers, partners, and team members across various levels and locations.
  • Have good command of English, both oral and written

Nice to have experience

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and established methodologies. Certification in ITIL professional examinations is helpful
  • Understanding of processes and stages involved in handling change
  • Good understanding of SOX and how it applies within IT

  • Work well in a virtual environment, where others are not in the same location/time zone
  • Have to be effective in communications due to virtual working arrangement
  • Highly adaptable to volatile working dynamics and therefore, able to prioritize well with varying priorities
  • Must be an excellent teammate.
