JOB TITLE: Graduate Associate – Revenue Growth Management

FUNCTION: Revenue Growth Management

LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The job holder reports to the RGM Senior Manager. This position will support the development & implementation of BAT’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) data, analytics, and resourcing strategies and own the RGM governance and engagement cycle with senior leaders in Marketing, Finance and IT across all levels of the business – Global HQ, Region, Business Unit, & End-market.

Scope for the role is to drive increased competitiveness for BAT by efficiently building & activating sophisticated RGM and tools and developing data-driven insights which will, in turn, accelerate the profit delivery, category growth & organizational efficiency across our full portfolio of products & retail partners.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Support the design, development, & market-level implementation of RGM data insights capabilities.
• Support the end-market finance & commercial teams with regular and timely insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Review the performance of key strategic initiatives across key commercial & financial KPIs with recommendations to optimise and improve.
• Developing a rich, in-depth understanding of the dynamics of the local market and RGM concepts. 
• Maintain effective working relationships with central GBS/DBS leadership, the international RGM community and local partners across all relevant functions.
• Developing a regular cadence of weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis.
• Working with IT and D&A teams to develop, test and maintain forecasting & review platforms and tools.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Confirmed strategic thinking, analysing critical factors and variables to influence long-term success and business growth
• People Skills – ability to establish relationships and align cross-functional collaborators optimally globally through successful collaboration and partner management
• Possess outstanding initiative and strong decision-making ability
• Proficient English level written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree qualification; MBA preferred
• Validated experience in Data Collection, Analytics & Management
