FUNCTION: Production
LOCATION: Ploiesti
Role Scope:
To optimise Production Key Performance Indicators via continuous process improvement and process behavior analysis.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify areas of opportunity and improvement in the processes, supporting all production areas in continuous improvement projects – focusing on Production Key Performance Indicators;
- Support production teams in structured root causes analysis i.e., high waste rejects, Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Unplanned Stops negative trends;
- Learn, do and teach how to use Problem solving tools to eliminate losses;
- Develop new factory performance dashboards;
- Ensure that improvements are sustainable;
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies;
Requirements:
- Technical higher education required – i.e. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in the industrial field is an advantage;
- Motivated with good communication skills;
- Analytical & problem solving skills;
- Good Microsoft Excel skills;
- Proficient English language ability to speak, read and write.
- Lean Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
