ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Become a vital part of our Customer Service team at British American Tobacco and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Explore exciting opportunities to grow within BAT with a clear and diverse career path.

This team is dedicated to support BAT products, amongst which are innovative reduced-risk tobacco products. You will have the chance to help the consumers make the most of their device and experience, while supporting a smokeless world.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Supporting our individual customers inquires via chat (5%) or e-mail (60%) and phone (35%).
  • Contribute within new processes, guidelines, and documentation.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Proficiency in German language with good level of English.
  • Positive attitude, Customer centricity alongside resilience, and great communication skills.
  • Availability to work in shifts 5 days per week across Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM, 9:30AM – 5:30PM, 10AM – 6PM) and on Saturdays (9AM – 5PM)..
