BAT Poland is looking for an Omnichannel Platform Operations Executive

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Platform Operations Executive to join our dynamic Global Business Solutions function – Consumer Experience Digital Operations team to work closely with the Area Digital & Omnichannel function.

The Platform Ops Executive will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of the End Markets’ digital operations within the Omnichannel space. This includes uploading text and visual assets, optimizing key visual assets for various formats and platforms, conducting quality assurance (QA) testing and ensuring responsive design across various devices. The role plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of information within the omnichannel space for all internal users and Consumers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing digital operations within an omnichannel environment, strong attention to detail, technical proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

OMNICHANNEL PLATFORM OPERATIONS DEPLOYMENT & DELIVERY ACROSS AREA

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the Omnichannel Platform team in delivering projects that help meet brand and business goals. This involves collaborating on key initiatives in line with global and regional roadmaps, contributing to strategic objectives. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage digital assets (text, images, videos) within multiple Content Management Systems (CMS) according to established protocols and guidelines. This will include resizing, uploading, testing and deployment of landing pages.
  • Ensure optimal performance and display of digital content across various devices (phones, laptops, tablets) and platforms.
  • Identify, document and report any bugs or technical issues encountered while managing the omnichannel platforms to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement.
  • Create and update guidelines for uploading assets, resizing KVs and QA testing procedures.
  • Testing, tagging, troubleshooting procedures during platform roll-out/ deployment.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Technical / Functional Skills Required

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS tools and digital asset management (DAM) – Adobe Experience Manager & Adobe Workfront preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Proficient and hands-on experience MarTech stack such as Adobe suites (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Commerce/ Magento, etc), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, etc.
  • Experience with Shopify, Tonic, and/or Snowflake is a plus.
  • Ability to execute QA and responsive testing & tagging protocols in an e-commerce environment.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • University degree. Preferably, major in Digital Marketing and eCommerce.
