British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a RGM Market Manager in Warsaw

You will be responsible for acting as a business partner for the Growth Management team in DRBU/End Market, providing key commercial insights to ensure that growth activities contribute to financial success and effective resource allocation across the value chain.

We consider that analytics that generate valuable insights and foresights (Revenue Growth) are crucial for driving sustainable and efficient business growth in today’s evolving CPG environment. Understanding how to drive net sales, profit, and market share efficiently is essential to achieving our business objectives. We seek a passionate individual excited by analytics, from data to insights to opportunity realization, to join our RGM team

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understand strategies, initiatives and provide commercial insights  that will accelerate revenue growth  at BAT
  • Collaborate with Growth Management Teams to ensure sustainable revenue and margin growth.
  • Leverage analytical tools by providing insights and recommendations towards the achievement of RGM financial plans and supporting execution initiatives
  • Contributing to continually improving business performance by conducting analyses and developing insights to drive revenue growth and improve margin
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional team (including marketing, finance, IDT particularly D&A team) regarding revenue growth management
  • Support the process of providing pricing-related insights (incl. price elasticity) and perspective related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions between categories and across price segments
  • Conduct promotion and assortment analyses for selected categories to identify promo spend reallocation and assortment rationalisation opportunities
  • Support the process of monitoring and shaping of Trade Margins working closely with end market teams. Support major relevant initiatives such as TCI (Total Customer Investment) etc.
  • Plan an active role as a member of relevant Hub team, ensuring continuous improvement in all required capabilities (with emphasis on strong analytical skills) and commercial acumen for own and other team members.

What are we looking for?

  • Around 7 years of professional experience with 2+ years of experience in revenue growth management insights and analytics, business intelligence, pricing, promotion, sales analytics, marketing research, consumer insights and/or category management.
  • Experience of actively leveraging platforms like Power BI, Tableau, etc for generating actionable insights and basic knowledge of key concepts of data science modelling and statistical analysis
  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment (consumer goods strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, business sense, and commercial focus.
  • Good influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills. Good oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage projects effectively.
