British American Tobacco Denmark has an exciting opportunity for a Student Assistant Brand Activation in Denmark
As a Student Assistant in our Danish Brand Activation team, you will support the daily activation operations across the Danish market. Your primary role will be to support through operational planning tools, data governance, compliance and coordination between relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of trade activities.
Your key responsibilities include optimizing and maintaining Trade Systems, managing Careline end-to-end and supporting on our B2B platform. Each area being essential for optimizing trade efficiency and maximizing return on investment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Systematically maintaining trade data ensuring high system availability and system performance
- Coordinate with sales teams to guarantee consistent data capturing and data logging during store visits.
- Support continuous improvement of operational data integration and system optimization
- Managing Careline including quality reporting with direct contact to agency
- Supporting the B2B Platform team in ensuring smooth user experience
