FUNCTION: Order to Cash

REPORTING TO: Order to Cash – Team Lead

LOCATION: Sunway Geo, Subang Jaya

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE: APMEA (Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific Islands)

Your key responsibilities will include:

Transaction Processing

• Perform customer payment posting, payment clearing and perform cash sweep if any
• Follow up on any discrepancy on exceed/under payments and create dispute cases
• Assist Team Lead with new process implementations
• Participate in continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor performance measures/key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure adherence to internal controls
• Address customer issues and requests
• Establish and maintain working relationship with stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues and identify potential risks if any
• Comply with accounting principles, GBS standards and SLAs
• Provide support for implementation of project migration and global initiative
• Perform check and reconciliation of GST Return Report for SG market
• Ad hoc tasks as and when required

What are we looking for?

Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge

• Degree in accounting, Finance, Business & etc.
• Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices and procedures
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to assess and promptly resolve problems
• At least 1 year working experience in Finance and Accounting, preferable Shared Services/FMCG environment
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage
• Required to work shift for certain markets

Interpersonal

• Ability to work well with other team members and achieve productive working relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Customer Service

• Ability to interact courteously with customers and ensure interactions are of a high quality
• Ability to coordinate with other internal departments to deliver seamless service to customers
