Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the Talent Cycle process and People Management
- Contribute to creating avenues of employee engagements (global communication tools, new collaboration ideas)
- Able to work with large sets of data and streamline to meaningful information
- Ensure quality support in the joiners/movers/ exits process
- Advice employees on HR processes
- Ensure Data accuracy in all HR systems (e.g., BPC, SuccessFactors, OrgVue)
- Contribute to the HR projects as and when required.
- Actively contribute to enhancing existing processes, measures and management activities to maximise efficiencies and quality of customer service.
What are we looking for?
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience in MS Office Applications (predominantly Excel, PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team working capabilities
- Keen to demonstrate creative thinking
- Passion for learning
