British American Tobacco Mexicohas an exciting opportunity for a HR Benefits Intern in Monterrey
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and deliver monthly INEGI headcount reports, along with various SAP reports.
- Manage the organization and distribution of Ecovale and gasoline cards.
- Support SURA processes, including employee registration, sending credentials to new users and resolving general inquiries.
- Handle pension‑related documentation, including signing payment letters and verifying the survival status of retired personnel.
- Develop internal communications on benefit topics and process vendor invoice payments related to certain benefits.
What are we looking for?
- Advanced student in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or related fields
- Projected graduation date of June 2027 or later
- Availability to work in a hybrid modality
- Intermediate–advanced proficiency in English and MS Excel
- Strong organization, responsibility and proactivity
