British American TobaccoPoland has an exciting opportunity for an IDT Marketing Business Analyst CRM in Warsaw
To lead and manage the implementation, integration and maintenance of Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) and Consumer Experience (CX) digital solutions, including but not limited to CRM, Surveys, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) across the Central Europe (CE) Marketing Technology ecosystem.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the right implementation and system integration of CRM systems (ie Salesforce, Hubspot), Surveys (Qualtrics and similar tools) and IAM solutions in scope as per the definition of business requirements and leading the implementation of the technical components.
- Manage global, regional and local vendors. Coordinate and orchestrate their tasks and the contracted services provided by them.
- Ensure resolution of system and/or integration issues with the scope of CRM, Surveys and IAM and consumer facing issues impacting development and business as usual.
- Ensure compliance with global Digital Marketing Technology policies and standards.
- Cooperate with and link the local and global IDT Digital Marketing team members, represent the entity on functional and business forums.
- Do business analysis activities to support the deployment of global / regional / local solutions as per project and BAU setup.
What are we looking for?
- Strong communicational and analytic skills to record and translate business plans into technology terms.
- Solid understanding of consumer-facing platforms, including B2B & B2C touch points, with openness towards multi-functional people engagement.
- A good understanding of system design, solution architecture, integrations, and end-to-end data flows, with the ability to assess impacts across interconnected platforms and services.
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud setup, as well as experience with creation of technical briefs for SF CRM & Marketing Cloud, is a strong advantage.
- A good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance best practices will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools is a strong advantage, together with supplier management skills.
- Good understanding of contemporary consumer and customer marketing systems and terminology, including types of integration and related terminology, performing integration testing, URLs and domains, SF CRM terminology (Lead, Account, Asset, Order, etc.), webforms & cookies, hosting and cloud storage, and development and product lifecycle.
- Fluent English language is a must; Polish is an advantage.
- Interest in Digital Marketing Technology, CyberSecurity, or Application Development is a bonus.
