British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a CRM marketing specialist in Warsaw
In this role, you will support the development, optimization, and governance of the CRM ecosystem across Central Europe, with a focus on Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The role ensures that CRM infrastructure is maintained and improved, develops marketing automation journeys to drive conversion, retention and loyalize consumers.
Being at the forefront of our business, the Omni Channel Activation team sits at the heart of our commercial efforts, inspiring shoppers to choose and engage with our brands while driving growth.
Our CRM function supports this by capturing and delivering relevant consumer insights, enabling data‑driven marketing and activation strategies that fully align with GDPR requirements focusing on retention of our consumers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
CRM Campaign & Journey Management
- Build, optimize, and manage automated omnichannel CRM journeys (email, SMS, other channels), including segmentation, personalization logic, A/B testing, and KPI tracking
- Ensure accurate setup, execution, and performance monitoring of CRM campaigns, including content, decision trees, and journey logic
CRM Ecosystem Development & Technical Coordination
- Assist in the development and improvement of the CRM ecosystem, including frontend/backend components and integrations with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Partner with tech and innovation teams to translate business requirements into CRM system solutions, including test scenarios, UAT, deployment, and data flow monitoring
Data, Insights & Performance Optimization
- Analyze CRM performance, consumer behavior, and journey effectiveness to identify optimization and automation opportunities across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle value
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Serve as the CRM contact for local markets, regional teams, agencies, and cross-functional collaborators; manage projects, briefs, timelines, and delivery updates tes
Governance, Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure GDPR compliance and governance across CRM activities; maintain documentation, guidelines, toolkits, and act as CRM subject matter expert
What are we looking for?
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, or similar roles within an FMCG environment
- Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) in campaign management and marketing automation, with strong understanding of system interdependencies
- Consumer‑centric attitude with confirmed ability to deliver outstanding segmentation and personalization
- Strong analytical capabilities, leveraging data and system functionalities to drive insight‑based decisions and optimization
- Ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external collaborators
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship‑building skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Proactive, independent, and continuous learner with a strong sense of innovation and commitment to flawless business processes
- Proficient in English with strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SQL and CDP familiarity considered a plus
