British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Promotion Manager in Warsaw
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consumer Promotion Manager to join our Consumer Experience team in Marketing Department. At British American Tobacco, you will lead Consumer Promotion Team aiming to build, implement and evaluate comprehensive promotional strategy for categories and brands, aligned with overall company strategy, categories and channels specifics, consumer and brands KPIs. In close partnership across company you will have significant impact in driving future performance of our brands and build Smokeless World.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage Team to build holistic promotional strategy and tactics for categories/brands, aligned with consumer needs and channel strategies.
- Give insight based recommendations on promotional mechanics’ development for highest efficiency and in line with brand/project KPIs.
- Create and manage promotional calendar for all brands and channels (offline & online).
- Lead on time implementation & execution of the promotional activities with channels owners and be responsible for commercial brand targets delivery.
- Track promo effectiveness and manage promotional budget across brands.
- Present recommendations and promotional plans to Senior Stakeholders.
- Close collaboration with Consumer & Business Insights, RGM, Trade, Legal, Finance, Digital and other Activation departments.
What are we looking for?
- University degree, preferably in Marketing
- At least 6 years of experience working in Marketing/Trade Marketing or Revenue Growth Management
- Analytical thinking and data driven problem solving approach.
- A strong understanding of key marketing principles: consumer needs & journey, strategy & activation touchpoints.
- A consumer-centric approach in building activities and making recommendations.
- An effective communicator and presenter across a diverse audience base including Senior Management.
- Senior Stakeholder management skills
- Resilience and adaptability, with an ability to work in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
- Ability to maintain focus on several projects at the same time and effective planning skills.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Polish language would be beneficial
