British American Tobacco Denmark has an exciting opportunity for a Brand Executive in Copenhagen
Role purpose is to drive growth of Modern Oral (Velo) across Western Europe by defining key portfolio opportunities and by driving development of global innovation pipeline.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Support portfolio and innovation insights agenda transforming learnings into WEA into portfolio and innovation strategy articulation.
- Drive & consolidate strategic consumer insights and foresights in category and cross categories to propose key strategic portfolio initiatives for growth of Velo in Western Europe (Sweden, UK, Spain and other GEOX markets)
- Consolidate Velo and competitive performance learnings ensuring core portfolio competitiveness across all markets.
- Work actively with area Oral teams to ensure the portfolio and innovation needs of WEA markets are clearly articulated, prioritised and acted upon for Sweden as lead market, Nordics R4R markets and new European markets.
- Support ensuring delivery of all key portfolio and innovation projects working closely with consumer insights for opportunity and mix validation.
- Drive articulation of key consumer USPs and innovation claims influencing campaign messaging priorities.
- Support Velo business plans across all WEA markets working closely with finance, RGM, trade and activation teams.
What are we looking for?
- End-to-end project management in cross-functional, matrix organizations
- Strong brand strategy development and articulation
- Experience deploying new project initiatives (CAP 1–3)
- Management of new product categories
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders with clear strategic communication
- Proven track record in managing high-priority projects
- MBA or relevant degree with extensive marketing/business development experience, plus brand and consumer insights training
- Additional strengths in consumer insights/foresights, product innovation cycles, and campaign development
