Role summary
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Intern to join our Corporate Finance Team for a two-month internship. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounts Reconciliation, and Master Data Maintenance, working alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Throughout the internship, you’ll:
- Gain exposure to collaborator coordination and master data upkeep
- Learn how to perform basic reconciliations on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Accountabilities
- Support invoice processing activities to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Assist with purchase order (PO) management, including tracking, matching, and resolving discrepancies
- Help process payment runs and support the team with payment-related queries
- Contribute to account clearing tasks within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintain and update vendor and customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Collaborate with the wider finance team to support month-end activities and continuous process improvements
Experience, skills, knowledge
Skills Required
- Currently pursuing a university degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field)
- Displays strong engagement skills and articulates clearly with solid rationale to support their line of thought
- Creative, diligent, and always seeking ways to enhance
- Essential comprehension of commercial metrics
- Presentation skills, confident in delivering presentations to varying audience sizes and able to construct a clear visual overview
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
