British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Security Executive in Monterrey
Guarantee the security of all Employees, Business and Property with preventive actions and plans across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Create and design prevention plans and business continuity (BCP) based on the results of the Security Risk Assessment (SRM)
- Responsible for the physical security of Corporate Offices including security guards and CCTV management.
- Coordination and security support or visitors who require special strategy (Security Plan and Agenda)
- Create and execute security procedures and protocols at HUB
- Provide information regarding threat and impact to enable businesses decision
- Coordinate outsourced Security Team
- Budget and contracts / Licenses Management
- Engaged and work in coordination with Lancar Security Team
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in criminology, Legal
- Experience working in Security Area (3 years)
- Advance level of English
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Engagement with Authorities
- Desirable experience in Executive Protection
- People Management knowledge, have strong analytical skills, Organizational skills, ability to prioritize, highly motivated and ambitious, Strong communication skills
