- Collaborate with growth, activation, and agencies to embed products into workflows, and partner with DBS & D&A on martech and platform capabilities for scalability.
- Own product governance, quality, and compliance; lead and mentor team; promote best practices; define KPIs, handle backlog, and drive continuous improvement.
- Define and uphold SLAs, monitoring, and escalation processes to minimize delays and friction in data availability.
- Build strong, trusted partnerships across D&A and DBS to navigate matrixed dependencies and balance growth urgency with enterprise standardization, cost, and compliance constraints.

- Minimum 6+ years in product management, including 3+ years in data/analytics products.
- Proven ability to translate product innovation into growth impact in consumer/growth contexts.
- Experience in matrixed organizations with centralized platforms and tooling teams.
