British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a CRM Specialist in WARSAW
We are looking for a proactive CRM Specialist to support the delivery, optimization, and governance of CRM activities across multiple markets. This role is focused on CRM execution excellence, campaign setup, testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You will work closely with Area CRM Managers, local markets, Content teams, and technical partners to ensure campaigns are deployed accurately, efficiently, and according to standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build, configure, and maintain CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Support content implementation within CRM journeys.
- Ensure assets are accurately configured and displayed across channels and devices.
- Collaborate with content teams to troubleshoot implementation issues and improve campaign efficiency.
- Ensure all CRM activities follow established governance, naming conventions, and operational standards.
- Supervise campaign performance and find opportunities for optimization.
- Proactively suggest improvements to customer journeys, communication flows, content presentation and segmentation.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and help translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Area CRM Managers, local market teams, GBS teams, and technical teams to deliver CRM initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, personalization.
- Creative mindset driving innovation in content, ideas, and better ways of doing things.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and markets simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and customer lifecycle management.
- Nice to Have experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Data Extensions; basic SQL knowledge; experience in international or multi-market CRM environments; familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis.
