British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner in WARSAW
As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will support the Marketing function in all key people-related areas. Working closely with managers and employees, you will help deliver HR processes, support talent and performance discussions, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, and provide practical HR guidance that helps teams achieve their business goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR BP support to managers & employees in marketing department
- Collaboration with managers in developing and implementing HR solutions, supporting their teams in achieving business goals
- Advising managers on decisions regarding the development and management of their teams
- Ensuring high quality and effectiveness of recruitment, development, succession building and performance and remuneration management processes
- Building the image of BAT as an employer of choice together with managers and employees
- Conducting and supporting HR projects in the areas of Talent, Organizational Design, Employee Engagement, Change Management
- Prepare people insights and HR reports to support business decisions
- Cooperation within the team of HR Business Partners in Poland and the Central Europe Area
What are we looking for?
- High business awareness and internal customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships based on credibility, openness and commitment
- Passion for talent development, leadership growth and driving organizational effectiveness
- Independence, proactivity and the ability to evaluate problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR area (preferred in the HR BP role) and higher education
- Knowledge of HR tools, i.e. recruitment, employee evaluations, employee development, succession management, labor law, remuneration policy
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Solid knowledge of English and Polish
