Zum 1. September 2026 suchen wir wieder Auszubildende zum/r Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Hamburg, die mit uns gemeinsam unsere Ziele erreichen und unsere BAT Values jeden Tag leben. Lust über dich hinauszuwachsen? Dann bewirb dich jetzt!

In diesem 2,5-jährigen Programm in Kooperation mit der BSW Berufsschule in Eimsbüttel bekommst du die Möglichkeit, eine Industrie mit zukunftsorientierten Marken neu zu definieren. Durchlaufe alle spannenden Abteilungen eines internationalen Unternehmens und finde deine Passion. Ob Marketing, HR, Finance oder Außendienst, du bekommst alles zu sehen und wirst zum richtigen Business Allrounder. 

Einstiegsgehalt: ab 1.261 € / Monat, das von Jahr zu Jahr angehoben wird

Starttermin: 1. September 2026

WAS BRINGST DU MIT?

  • Einen mittleren Schulabschluss oder (Fach-) Abitur mit guten Noten in den Hauptfächern
  • Erste Arbeitserfahrungen (z.B. Praktika)  
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
