British American Tobaccoeste in cautarea unui coleg/ unei colege care sa se alature echipei din cadrul fabricii noastre de la Ploiesti, in rolul de Analist Raportare Financiara.
Responsabilitatile principale:
- Raporteaza corect si la timp valorile actuale si cele bugetate pentru Capex, pregateste informatiile pentru raportare in BPC;
- Coordoneaza pregatirea bugetului si revizuirea trimestriala pentru mijloacele fixe (Capex) in fabrica; consolideaza datele si pregateste transmiterea acestora catre echipa regionala;
- Pregateste rapoarte financiare privind cheltuielile de capital pentru echipele de management local si regional;
- Pregateste raportul lunar al fluxului de numerar pentru mijloace fixe (Capex) si il revizuieste impreuna cu managementul departamentului Mecano-Energetic si Servicii (Engineering);
- Coordoneaza procesul de valorificare a activelor si executa capitalizarea pentru cele mai dificile proiecte;
- Consolideaza si raporteaza lista activelor potentiale care trebuie furnizate / depreciate, o actualizeaza si o revizuieste trimestrial / anual ( CoPlan, YE), conform solicitarilor departamentului Proiecte (Projects);
- Calculeza si revizuieste trimestrial si anual asumptia/ forecast-ul pentru Deprecieri;
- Este interfata intre echipa regionala / globala Capex si echipa departamentului Mecano-Energetic si Servicii (Engineering) Ploiesti, asigurandu-se ca informatiile transmise de catre echipa regionala / globala Capex sunt intelese si aplicate corect.
Cerinte esentiale:
- Studii superioare în domeniul financiar-contabil, economic sau similar.
- Minim 3 ani experienta intr-un rol similar
- Cunoștințe solide de Excel și instrumente de analiză financiară.
- Abilități analitice și atenție la detalii.
- Abilități bune de comunicare și colaborare interdepartamentală.
- Limba engleză – nivel avansat.
