BAT KOREA IS LOOKING FOR AN ONLINE CHANNELS AND OFFLINE-TO-ONLINE PLANNING EXECUTIVE
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
We are looking for an Online Channels and Offline-to-Online Planning Executive who will be responsible for implementations Online Channel strategy in dedicated channel. Deliver sales & financial targets via device penetration activities.
The scope includes negotiations and sales management for specific marketplaces; initiation, planning and orchestration online-to-offline sales drive initiatives; data analytics and performance reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Set up critical metrics for dedicated channel (device sales, financials) and operational critical metrics for offline-to-online activities. Provide “bottom-up” input to Demand Planning, Consumer experience and Finance teams
- Develop channel device penetration plan, streamlined with cycle initiatives to ensure timely execution for effective delivery of the targets
- Initiate sales-drive O2O initiatives to chip in to device penetration target, coordinate development of mechanics with Online, CX, Legal, Finance and Trade Operations team and ensure seamless execution of the initiatives
- Track sales performance and operational critical metrics for dedicated online channel and activities, prepare the takeaways and sales-drive corrective measures to deliver important metrics
- Lead Customer negotiations to deliver sales and financial targets
- Coordinate sales-focused communication with Brand messaging and CX/CRM programs to ensure single consumer view
- Handling Agency to effectively deploy execution of marketing campaigns and ad-hoc activities
- Ensure OTIF operation management of route-to-consumer processes (order, fulfilment, payment, return) for dedicated channel through DBS, Finance and Supply chain
- Responsible for budget planning and governance for dedicated activities
- Participate in testing of new processes / new system functionalities development to improve operations in online channel
- Ensure online operations compliance with International Marketing Standards and local Legislation, disseminate the knowledge and learning to the team
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 4~7 years of professional experience in Marketing or Commercial in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment with 2+ years of specialized experience in digital marketing, including own e-commerce and marketplaces operations, preferably in Multinational CPG Company
- Experience of driving online channel strategy with a proven track record of driving sales delivery
- Experience in planning and completing offline-to-online activities within budget
- Cross-functional project management
- Customer management and negotiations
- Effective communication and presentation skills
