British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a CRM, Loyalty and E-commerce Specialist in Warsaw
The CRM, Loyalty, and E-commerce Specialist will support the team in delivering the best post-purchase experience for BAT consumers across digital channels, including 1-2-1 communication (email, SMS, push notifications), the loyalty program, e-commerce, and brand websites.
Their primary focus will be on driving activities that engage consumers with our new categories, build brand loyalty, and cultivate engagement through personalized communication and a loyalty program strategy.
This specialist will also support campaigns aimed at increasing retention, multi-category usage, and customer loyalty while driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and deliver campaigns as planned in the activation calendar for New Categories (including 1-2-1 channels, the Inspiration Club loyalty program, e-commerce, and product websites).
- Handle day-to-day operations across online touchpoints (Inspiration Club, e-commerce, and brand webpages) to ensure effective campaign execution and continuous optimization to achieve KPIs (new member acquisition, engagement, sales in online and offline channels, and profitability).
- Handle collaboration with agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of planned developments and ideas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign teams, digital teams, legal, category, and area digital teams to ensure strategic alignment and increase the value of collaboration.
- Provide briefs to agencies for emails, landing pages, and online assets to be used across digital touchpoints.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in digital marketing, sales (online or offline), or marketing.
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach.
- Proven collaboration skills and a "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level and Polish at advanced level
